Relationships

Relationships are little miracles in life. Everyone sees each differently; enemies, rivals, strangers, friends, best friends, life partner, etc.. Wherever these bonds are formed, they come from the same root- the heart. We often take things for granted, many many relationships have failed because of our own carelessness, ignorance and ego. While easily broken, more relationships can indeed be made..but not a single one will ever be the same as another. This is what makes each relation so precious.

Sometimes, we lose a friend for the silliest of reasons. Sometimes, the other party doesn't feel the same way we do. Sometimes, people just grow further and further apart. Relationships span across time and space, even without communications. It's beautiful isn't it..? Every relationship needs nurturing and care, thoughts and feelings. With that person in your mind, and you in that person's mind, both with the same feelings, it's called a bond right?

Although nothing stays the way they are for all eternity, relationships do come and go. Certain stay with you for a short period of time, some others for a very long time. Either way they will eventually come to an 'end', where one party or both cease to exist, whether in their hearts or on earth. But that's what makes relationships even more precious. Farewells makes us realize the importance of each and every single person we meet in life, especially the ones we love. Just as how glass is fragile, relationships are too, which is why we often handle glasses with utmost care, and the same should be done for relationships.

If there's anyone who you've lost or grew apart from, treasure the memories you've had together. This way, we keep them in our heart. Reminisce the warmest days of those people. Even if the tears flow, let them do. The gentle feelings will someday get across time and space..and eventually reach its final destination.

I end this post with this song titled Through the Years and Far Away, dedicated to everyone whom I've met, to the people I've lost contact with, to the precious people around me, and to those who I'm yet to meet.

A Lil' Quote

"It's not that you can fall in love with someone new because you forgot the old, it's because you found someone new that you are able to forget the old."

Welcome!

First and foremost, welcome to my tiny ranting space!

Writing the first post is always challenging, because I haven't a clue on what to say. Introductions? Too boring. Well let's carry on with how and why this blog came about then.

If you've lived through dilemmas, problems, headaches, challenges and whatever boulders that block your path in life, then I'm sure you've pretty much talked to yourself...at least in your mind. You see, I've been wanting to write things down for a while, but me being me, things never do work out. Today is a little different, I got a blog up! =D Who knows how long it'll last, but during the mean time I shall share the little things that I go through in life. That doesn't mean experience alone okay! Haha I'll write anything I feel like writing. So, beware! Boredom warning ahead!

Okay let's start with the hour before this blog was created. I USED to be a blogger. And a terrible one at that. My previous address was 'dawnofmemories', but it seems that after I closed it down years ago someone else have taken it. I intended on using it again...but ah well, what we give to others is what others are free to take right? I couldn't think of any catchy phrases or cool addresses, so I ended up looking back at my Windows Live personal message. There written was "The little, the more".

I think I wrote that because I was kinda depressed about things back then (don't ask what). I've always agreed to this saying :- a glass half full is a glass half empty. So the lesser the water contained in the glass, the more room there is for more to be added. Okay, that turned out as thelesserthemore, but who cares! I like the word 'little' more than 'lesser'! Haha!

Right, another thing. I'm by no means a good writer of any sort, so expect grammatical errors here and there, or stupid sayings there and here. A bit of myself, I'm more of a timid boy who keeps to himself. Perhaps this is a way of expressing myself, rather than talking to a mirror. I don't do that, if you're asking, shush! Haha one last thing. Though turning into a young adult not so far in the future, I'm one childish person.

Oh, did I mention? I'm currently down with flu and cough. Mild ones though. So, I'll see you people in a bit. Stay tuned, byeeeeee!
